With ArchiFM Maintenance management you can
demonstrate/visualize e.g. the ventilation exhaust with the according
air-conditioning and the appropriate room/area. In case of breakdown history (all previous procedures) of the object is
immediately visible. This can be localized from its location/place as well as from its
affiliation to the appropriate equipment/facilities.
Maintenance tasks
The tasks can be set together/arranged from
individual items/positions of a total performance
statement including the necessary spare parts, tools, as well as the personal- and
time requirement. Resource- and spare part planning are easy
to do this way!
Open and completed tasks
Open and completed tasks are
visualized graphically in the schedule on the one hand and then again they can
be listed together with the dedicated craftsmen/mechanics in the list
performance/demonstration too. Thereby it is obvious at any time, which
procedures/actions are overdue.
Rational breakdown management
Helpdesk templates help the
complete/full reception of all information necessary for
execution/accomplishment. Optionally you can release orders/assignments in a
second/later step. A cost center allocation makes future/later invoicing/billing
easier.
Generating workorders
It is also easy to manage the
creation/generation of workorders. Meanwhile ArchiFM adapts/adjusts itself to
the formulas of the company/enterprise. Printing is enabled on company specific
formulas including evaluation of feedbacks/responses.
Evaluation possibilities
ArchiFM Maintenance offers
various possibilities of evaluation/analysis/reporting. For example you can
completely/easily trace certain components' susceptibility to failure. Costs can be
evaluated/analyzed and displayed/reported/indicated by different parameters. They transmit
reliably planning layouts/sketches for your future resource needs/demands.
