Not all enterprises need a Facility Management solution, but nearly every company leads its inventory. What lies ahead is to materialize an administration of inventory as a separate solution with professional FM approach. Together with WebServer you can realize cost-effectively Inventory Management at any separate location. In case you need integration into an SAP solution, we can help you with out SAP-BAPI interface.

Depreciation, Cost center- and Budget administration

ArchiFM supports you with the calculation of depreciation/amortization and the current book value (asset value). Purchase price and depreciation method can be added to every object. ArchiFM identifies book value to any demanded time/date for each individual object and also for any optional object groups. The user decides what calculation tour (evaluation cycle) he wants to add: daily, monthly, quarterly or any other. Additionally, they can create budgets and arrange/organize acquisitions, repairs or maintenance performances to these budgets. This is how you get the overview anytime, which cost centers how heavily charge the individual budgets. It is also possible to have proportional allocation.

Generating lists

Inventory can be assigned to a person, to cost centers and companies as requested, or also to all at the same time. Thereby various options of evaluation are offered: inventory lists of a certain cost centre, inventory lists of certain persons or even manufacturers.

Different accesses

The system certainly enables access to information based on roles. Depending on whether the technician or the colleague from controlling would like to access, different information is available or shown. With the help of the so-called multi-client capability you can manage objects separately for several companies.

Movement of workplaces

There are dedicated objects e.g. selected technical equipment assigned to every workplace or colleague in a company. If a colleague moves to another workplace, this colleague has to be moved from one location to the other in the database or in the graphics. All the assigned objects will follow him automatically.
