Tenant management


Tenant management comprehensively, efficiently and practically administrates tenants, tenantry or lessees. Real estate- or housing management companies can even offer this solution as a cost-efficient renting software to real estate owners with a simple access through the Internet browser (ASP with WebServer). Integration into SAP environment is possible. Additionally vintoCON offers an interface to read the meter/counter automatically as an option.

Lease contract administration

All data of tenants, contracts and buildings are gathered here. You can store as many contracts as you like to every tenant. By simple inquiry functions you can get a list of expired contracts or a leasing status to a certain date.

Administration of building costs

All building costs, as well as energy and water costs, security or the care of exterior installations are gathered and managed in tenant management together with related invoices. At all invoices you can additionally select how to allocate these costs to the tenant.
Depending on the leasing contract you can assign different rent prices per square meter or you can specify a fixed price. At operating costs you can select each cost category that has to be considered at accounts.

Area evaluation

ArchiFM tenant management gives you an overview of areas that will have tenants e.g. next year or of areas that have to be rented again. You can have this evaluation as optional lists or with the help of graphic-viewer also as graphic diagrams.

Inquiries to be generated freely

ArchiFM tenant management offers a rich selection of pre-defined inquiries to areas, tenants and contracts. Additionally you can create any other inquiry with the help of the integrated report-generator.

Interface to inventory management

The integrated interface to inventory management offers you the possibility to additionally manage rented or own inventory beside areas and tenants.

Different access options

The system enables role-based access. According to the person who is accessing be it the house technician or the colleague from controlling, different information appears on the screen. With client processing possibility objects for several companies can be managed separately. For FM-service suppliers there is the possibility also to rent together with the WebServer software (Application Service Providing).
